The rooms were just as cozy as shown in the photos. the location was fantastic, with shopping centers and supermarkets just a short walk away 🛍️. This place made for a good home base in a peaceful area.

the staff was incredibly kind and outstandingly accommodating throughout the day. liked a safe, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and a fridge in the room.

The hotel area was clean, the room was modern and absolutely perfect. Liked the room exactly as in photos, my bed was comfortable. Location: the venue was just next door to El Poblado as well as the Santa Fe mall. Broiler bar La Choripolleria was located 15 minutes walk away.

The hotel was in a STUNNING location, close to everything. What's more, it was next to all main areas, check in, restaurant, and shops. The double room was new-fashioned with soap, drinks, for example. I had breakfast in the terrace.

The neighborhood felt sketchy, and there were security issues with anyone having access inside the building. the rooms had maintenance issues like leaking water from the AC, malfunctioning showers, and inconsistent wifi.
